terms of service

1. All commissions are to be completed within a maximum turnaround time of 2 weeks. If a commission is not finished within this time, the client will be given a 50% refund.2. Refunds will not be issued if I have stated a valid reason beforehand. Valid reasons include:
sickness or injury, the loss of a family member, or major academic events (such as final exams).3. Commissions cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior approval. Please discuss with me if you intend on using a commission for such a purpose.4. Commissions cannot be used for crypto/NFTs or generative AI learning.

Question

1. I will be accepting payment via Ko-fi or Paypal, and all payment is to be given in USD.
The only exception is with offline face-to-face payment, wherein I also accept cash payment in SGD (only applies to Singaporean clients).2. Commissions are to be paid upfront after prior discussion with me. Do not pay for a commission if we have not discussed its contents yet.3. I work within the UTC+8 timezone, and therefore my deadlines will follow suit. I apologise in advance if a difference in timezones causes problems.4. Prices are negotiable.
