TERMS OF SERVICE

1. All commissions made by me are given a maximum completion time of 2 weeks (14 days) after payment is confirmed. Commissions completed beyond this timeframe will result in a refund equal to 50% of the final paid amount.2. Refunds from late commissions will not be issued if I have stated a valid reason before payment. Valid reasons include:> Sickness or injury
> Major academic events (e.g. final exams)
> Loss of a family member3. Commissions cannot be used for commerical purposes, such as creating merchandise intended to be sold to the public, without prior discussion and approval. Please inform me if you intend to commission me for such a purpose.4. Commissions are not allowed to be used in NFTs or GenAI learning.

1. DO NOT CONTACT ME ON KO-FI FOR COMMISSIONS! Ko-fi is strictly for payment and portfolio purposes only. To discuss about a commission, please contact me on Discord (@lamps_files).2. Payment through Paypal or Ko-fi is to be given in USD with an additional 10% transfer tax. If you are present within Singapore, payment can be given in SGD without transfer tax via Paynow or cash.3. Prices can be negotiated before payment.4. Once completed, I will provide a Google Drive link containing a folder of your commission alongside any other sketches/iterations.5. I work within the UTC+8 timezone.
